The DTS * * * * three-phase electronic Bluetooth smart+4G remote prepaid energy meter is a new type of product with advanced software, hardware, and structural design technology, high measurement accuracy, and the ability to measure positive AC active energy. It has the characteristics of high reliability, high overload, and low power consumption
Users can scan the QR code on the electricity meter through WeChat to bind the meter (administrator). The administrator can define the electricity price and other information to be transmitted to the energy meter. The energy meter will deduct the amount in real time based on the user's electricity consumption and electricity price. When the amount in the meter is used up, the energy meter will automatically stop supplying power.
This electric energy meter is an ideal product for intelligent electricity transformation, realizing the commercialization of electric energy, and solving the problem of difficult charging.

The electronic components of the four main structures and working principles of the electric energy meter are installed on the printed circuit board (PCB), and the upper cover is fixed with screws and can be sealed with lead. The electric energy meter consists of an electric energy measurement system and a CPU data processing system. The measurement system samples current and voltage signals, and after calculation, outputs electrical energy pulses to the CPU data processing system. The CPU data processing system deducts the amount in real-time based on electricity price information and energy pulses.
After the administrator binds the electricity meter, users can pay for electricity according to their needs. The purchase amount and electricity price information are transmitted to the energy meter through the WeChat mini program via Bluetooth on their mobile phones. The high security of data encryption in mini programs can ensure reliable use by users. When the purchased amount is used up, the relay in the table will automatically cut off the power supply circuit.


5 Installation and usage methods
5.1 Installation
5.1.1 The electric energy meter shall be verified as qualified before leaving the factory and sealed with lead
5.1.2 The bottom plate of the installation table should be fixed on a sturdy and fire-resistant wall, with a recommended installation height of about 1.8m and no corrosive gases in the air
5.1.3 The electric energy meter should be wired according to the wiring diagram, and copper wire or copper terminal should be used for connection.
5.2 Instructions for use
After the user scans the code to purchase electricity, the mini program page prompts that the payment has been successful, completing the electricity purchase. (Administrator recharge does not incur any actual fees, and the WeChat mini program page will display the current amount and amount of electricity purchased by the administrator)
Note: The magnification setting of the small A transformer: Click on the meter in the Kunwu Management mini program and set the parameters

The magnification of the small A transformer depends on the transformation ratio on the transformer nameplate. If the transformation ratio is 100/5A, then the magnification is 20 times
The current ratio of a transformer is generally labeled as primary (through core) 1. According to the current ratio equal to the turns ratio, the current ratio when passing through the core for 1 turn is equal to 150/5/1, which is 30 times, and the current ratio when passing through the core is equal to 150/5/2, which is 15 times. The current transformer passes through the core for 1 turn, which is 30 times. 2 piercing, 15 times. 3 times piercing, 10 times piercing, 5 times piercing, 6 times piercing.
When there is no voltage transformer, its transformation ratio is calculated as "1". Namely:
When using a 400/5 current transformer, the multiple of the meter is 80. When using a 600/5 current transformer, the multiple of the meter is 120.
1. A current transformer is a special type of transformer whose "conversion ratio" is related to the number of turns of the primary and secondary windings. Since the secondary output of the current transformer is 5A, changing the number of turns on the primary side changes the current transformer's conversion ratio.
2. For the installation of the "50/5 current on the nameplate of the sensor", the primary side should be wound 3 times to achieve a 50/5 conversion ratio; Wearing 2 turns is equivalent to 75/5: wearing 1 turn at a time (i.e. core installation) is equivalent to the specification of 150/5.
Regarding "magnification": The measurement magnifications for current transformers with specifications of "150:5", "75:5", and "50:5" are 30 times, 15 times, and 10 times, respectively.
Additional information: The function of connecting a transformer is to expand the range of an electric meter, and for high-voltage measurement, it also has the function of converting high voltage current into low voltage current for easy measurement. The magnification is the ratio of the tile sensor, for example, if the transformer ratio is 200/5, the magnification is 40 times. Because the current measured by the electricity meter is 40 times smaller than the actual current, when calculating the actual electricity consumption, the electricity meter needs to read the amount of electricity and multiply it by 40 times
Calculation formula in practical applications:
Actual magnification=magnification of 1 turn through the core divided by the number of turns through the core
The multiple of the electricity meter is equal to the ratio of the current transformer multiplied by the ratio of the voltage transformer

6 Transportation and Storage 6.1 The transportation and unpacking of electric energy meters should not be subjected to severe impacts.
6.2 The electric energy meter should be stored in the original packaging box, with an ambient temperature of -25C~70C and a relative humidity not exceeding 85%. There should be no corrosive gases in the air
6.3 Electric energy meters should be stored in the warehouse and placed on shelves with a stacking height of no more than 5 boxes. After unpacking, the stacking height of individual packaged electric energy meters should not exceed 5 boxes.
